For pre-orders, simply share the product link from your preferred international store. Once your order is confirmed, we purchase the product, arrange international shipping, complete customs clearance, and deliver it to your doorstep.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on supplier processing, international shipping, customs inspections, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Product prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, supplier price changes, shipping costs, taxes, or import-related expenses before a purchase is completed.

If a shipment is confirmed lost during local delivery, SuppVerseBD will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
Local Stock — Eligible local stock items may be returned within 2–3 business days of delivery. To qualify, the product must remain unopened and unused, original packaging must be intact, and local courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Pre-Orders — Because pre-order items are sourced specifically for each customer, they are generally non-returnable. Returns or replacements are available only if the wrong product was delivered, the item arrives damaged, or a verified product defect is confirmed.
Damaged Deliveries — If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the package and product, and contact SuppVerseBD within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
Customers who refuse a confirmed Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason may lose COD eligibility for future purchases. SuppVerseBD may require advance payment for future orders.
